I personally have Xfinity TV from Comcast. I can change channels and record programs and play recorded programs from their website (I use Dragon NaturallySpeaking to control the computer). I am not able to turn the television on or off or to change the television volume. I can also stream a number of television shows and movies directly to my PC.
