if your mattress alternates or varies between pressure, you really don't need to be turned. I use a really inexpensive system, also by Drive, which is just a simple overlay. I had to go to the system because the low air loss I was using wouldn't harden enough to do my bowel regimen.
It cost me around $55. I started using the system in March and had to replace the control box, but that particular mattress was about seven years old, even though it hadn't been used that often. I'm hoping this one last at least a year or more. The mattress itself has worked wonderful, because I took the cover off my low air loss and put it over the overlay and mattress. It protects the mattress. Quadius On Mon, Feb 9, 2015 at 10:19 PM, greg <[email protected]> wrote: > > I recently bought a Low Air Loss Mattress and really like it. I tied few > and never liked them.
