I have that one also, but it's my backup.
I used it for a few years but after I got a wound on my butt, from my chair. I sleep on my side, partially, slightly turned. I was in bed a lot so I wanted a thicker mattress. It seemed to word great, but I worried 16 hours at a time, I just wanted it deeper and softer.

this is what I'm presently using, but I am firm believer that low
air loss mattresses that alternate are the best to use for open
wounds. Just use a simple sheet over the mattress and something so
that your wound gets the maximum amount of air.

Last night
Tee changed my bandage and said the wordps we all dread; "Oh
Bobbie, this is bad, really, really bad. Your butt is bleeding and
open in 3 different spots."
Thus just came out if the blue. I'm not doing anything different at
all. I have an appointment ate the wound center a week from today
