I think you are wasting your time here.  Go for the Cruise and enjoy  
yourself.  Just make sure its not a cruise with a  "history."    Remember those 
ships that broke down at sea last  year and the year before that and the year 
before that and .... on and on.
 
Make sure the cruise line knows your physical and medical  needs.   You are 
not, nor will you be the last to travel by ship on  the high seas.

hour flight  with power chair, accommodations of some sort, five day cruise,
