Update on my surgical recovery. I'm still waiting on the bowels to move. They have really good bowel sounds and I have produced a lot of gas, but for some reason I still haven't produced stool. Just some liquidy substance.
Two days ago they gave me an extra dose of MiraLAX and a half a bottle of magnesium citrate. So far nothing, so there having me take another half bottle of magnesium citrate. The x-ray they took the day before looked pretty good, but they still want me to produce stool before I'm able to be discharged. Looks like around Tuesday right now if I can get something going in the next two days. Thanks for the well wishes.
