I hear ya Greg, I'm always cold and my wife is always hot and needs fans going
and air on...many days i can't wait to get up and outside into the warm
sunshine, I wish we liked the same temperatures but oh well--many crazy quad
life things we must all deal with. I'm just lucky to have her still taking care

Nice things about AZ this time of year.
At night I often spasm tight and my arms get uncovered. Even though it's hot,
the AC still blows cold air. So I wake up cold arms, tight muscles. Going
outside right away feels so nice and relaxing. Like 85 degrees. Pus I can pick
fresh tangelos or grapefruit for breakfast. Slice lemons or limes in my water.
But by afternoon, it's getting to 116 this week. A little to hot now. That
means the AC in the house is on a lot too.
It's always something. Maybe Hawaii, nice and even all year.
