Wow, Bill, you have to be miserable. Have you tried Miralax? I usually have pretty good luck with it. I can't believe neither the citrate nor enema have worked. If there is no blockage, then your bowels are not pushing things along like they should. Don't wait too long. Like you said, AD could quickly become a factor.
