Hi Joan, in your add, it says position is with an agency? but you hire after? how does it work in your state. In RI, I was on a Medicare part c program for many years until the agency closed due to mismanagement of funds by director, really bad. I AM NO LONGER RECEIVING ANY HELP.Anyway, I was issued checks to pay my pca's that I hired. It is hard now because I can't receive help unless I get on Medicaid and don't qualify because I have more than 10 thousand in savings. It is such a bad system. I have tried to stay off Medicaid and support myself and they push people to get on it to receive any help! My husband will be helping me now but as we are all talking about, things can change in an instant. I try not to worry but its hard. Do others get help from their states? Best, Shirley Bell
