The City of Chicago- Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities (MOD) is  
headed by Karen Tepley is charged with the responsibility of having such a 
plan  for those registered with her office.

Greg this is an invaluable list and extremely important to actually have  a 
plan AND list of things on paper and kept at 2 different locations at  
least.
ALL of us on this list probably have never thought of what we would do  
even if we just lost power for 1 day! Let alone lose supply's and or  
medications.

have an emergency plan, start thinking about  what you would do during a 
disaster. Some of the things you do to prepare  will help during any type 
disaster, while others will not. Take some time to  develop plans, and share
