I too love to exercise. I used to do one hour seated aerobics to a video tape 
at least 3-5 days a week. 15 minutes warm-up 30 aerobic then 15 cold down.
Had to quite because of arthritis in my back.

No I learned to meditate and how to teach meditation.
I meditate everyday for 30+ minutes.

Both the above combat depression.
