Very sorry to hear that Greg. Shingles are very painful.  (DUH) Have you tried
a pain killer like Oxycodone. The pain is probably causing the shakes. Then I
can only suggest that you use an inspirometer while bringing the fever down.
Having had the shingles I can only wish you the best over the next four to six
weeks. The pain that you don't feel is there and your body is feeling it. You
can't let the pain killers depress your breathing. If the infection travels to
your lungs it will turn to pneumonia.Very Best Wishes, John s.

Subject: [QUAD-L] Bad AD

I have 101.8 fever, had to go to urgent care today. Everything was looking
better, but AD was worse. Now my crotch still has yeast infection, still has
shingles, and now is infected. Lots more meds and creams, if not better in 2
days, suposed to go to ER for IV meds. Though I'm at 101.8, uncontrolible
shaking feeling cold. Neck and shoulders hurt from clinching jaw so tight.
No fun, Greg
