I hear you all Joan....my van is a 1995 chevy astro and yesterday me and my
wife tried to go out to eat for our 32 marriage anniversary and after I was
loaded the lift remote control pad quit working Trapping me inside the van, we
could not even get the manual release to work, but thank god...united access
van was still open and we went straight there and in 1 and 1/2 hours total got
back to Longhorn Restaurant for our dinner . We had to pay $330 dollars for the
service charge and new control but besides that it all worked out. Dan Hearn**

My first van was a money pit, a lemon, and a constant pain in the anus. It was
a NEW '79 E150 and I drove it till 2002 when I bought a '96. Anyway, hope you
