Ive read all about people that have a sexual desire to be with a disabled
individual, be disabled themselves or have a certain disabled fetish like
crippled feet or legs. Ive had men come on to me for that reason, women pretend
to be disabled and phone me. There are paralyzed girls online that make a
living doing videos for these crazy people. I say give them what they want and
cut out there spines and give it to people that really want their normal life
back, lol.

To answer your question, Yes. A devotee is a person that gets sexually turned
on by people with disabilities, wheelchair users, amputees etc.
Not sure about devotees interest in para’s vs. quads.
