Yep, You would have to have a van with enough space to maneuver two chairs and 
be able to load and tie down the individual.Ron

ad for Uber saying they will give $150 to anyone who signs up in AZ to drive 
with an Accessible wheelchair van. I'f I had a van I could drive, I might do
