With all due respect, you don't decide if you need a wound nurse. Your wound doctor does by ORDER. You don't make the decision on the wound vac either. Your wound doctor does and yes cover the process with wound doctor's evaluation. An order for a Roho must be submitted to CMS for approval based on the report of your wound doctor.
