I'm still having issues at night.
When I'm cold, I shiver uncontrollably and feel freezing cold.
When I get too warm , I shiver uncontrollably and feel freezing cold.
So either way I end up pulling the blankets over my face and ears.
I've bee using a sheet to cover with, then just a thin strip of a blanket at the top of the bed, so it feel heavier on me. But as goes my ears, as goes my body. Fleece hats work great, but not when it's been 110 out.
I just bought some ear muff things. The kind that go over the back of your head. This way ears stay warm, but no holding the heat in. The ones on Amazon for $15, are on Ebay for $1-$2, free shipping.
Can't find the kind I had, mine have a thinner center strap, but look like this.
