[QUAD-L] Shoulder Blades

Anyone else have issues with shoulder blades? I guess it's caused by weak shoulder muscles, but my shoulder blades actually touch tips. Now I have a small hole right between my blades. Not sure if it's from pressure, not like there is a lot of wait on it. It was bleeding pretty good this morning. Put some antibiotic cream on it, it's a bit red all around it. If it doesn't get better, I'll go in.   Now I have a sore on my toe, left elbow is so dry it cracked, right elbow must have hit something it had a scab, still have a nickel size red spot on stomach from a burn blister, last night spilled more coffee 1 inch from old blister now have quarter size blister on stomach.   Greg
