I have a SiCare, does everything, just by voice, but it costs a LOT, Like $5,000 or something, the worst part is you can not program it yourself. They come out, record your voice saying each command. Works GREAT, but the phone for it was like $900. The little boxes it uses to call for help, or turn lights on, were cheap, Like $30. I had to replace one. My TV went out had to get new one. So it no longers controls my TV. $80 an hour to have them come out to re program it. I still haven't done it. My cable has a voice remote, but you have to push 1 button. I put a hard thing on the button, then taped a popsicle stick on top. I just move my elbow to hit it. When I moved here, the county had a program to help modify your home. They got it for me. It does work good though. But no way should it cost that much.
