Well that didn't work sent to Philippines (on hold 30 minutes only to say they don't make anymore), all I know is they no longer make a hands free voice control TV, as they did a few years ago Do you have one ? If I had a model # or make I could search the web. looking for a samsung (or any tv) that is total voice control Thanks
