It helps to use Amazon lockers, there might be one near you. I live in a
fairly nice neighborhood but we have had similar problems.

Hello quadriplegics? Do I have some news for you guys, okay I ordered the
echo.and a Air mattress. They knocked but no one was able to get to the door in
time so tell me why Whoever left it on the porch. I had Ms. the first time they
delivered. And email was sent to me and I follow the email to reschedule the
delivery they would not let me pick the next day so I peaked November 30 to be
delivered. So I wasn't expecting it to come anyway. Someone came on the porch
took the stuff out of the box and left the box on the porch. So now I am
contacting Amazon and see if I can get some help.. Hopefully I heard they will
replace it.
