I got one of these. So you plug it into a usb port on your pc. Pair it to your device via blutooth. Press ctrl-1 on the pc then your keyboard and mouse (mouse only on android devices) will work on the smartphone or tablet. Press F1 and control reverts back to your pc. As long as you can use a keyboard or mouse on a pc or mac, you would be able to use a smartphone or tablet. It cost around $30
