That price should include the phone and the tech all in. That's why they're working on making it a downloadable app which should reduce the price. I also know they're working with health agencies to get them to buy phones to subsidize them for people. Their hearts are in the right place as a company, so I hope with time their technology will be more accessible.
Jim, yes. You do need to be able to move your head. The phone tracks your head movements and that's what moves the cursor on your screen. Hope it's helpful!
