I have really enjoyed playing the original version of snood. You can check it out at www.snood.com. the original version is an arcade style game, but you don't have to be in a hurry to move the mouse pointer, and so I was able to (tediously) play the game using Dragon NaturallySpeaking to move the mouse. I have not tried any of the newer games.

C4/5, can move arms a bit. I strap a stylus to my hand. I play mostly things that I can play with 1 hand/stylus. Cookie Jam, Saduko, Soccer Stars, Soitaire, Flick Golf, Backgammon, Cribbage, 8-Ball Pool, etc. I like the multiplayer games, 8-Ball, card games. A few good 2 hand games like Hill Climb Racing I can do. Just use the back of 1 hand for break, stylus for gas. Pretty fun, yet simple. I haven't tried games like Strike Force, looks like I could.
