Well, firstly that is a GREAT photo of you with your furbaby!!! But since I am into Digital Artwork I know that the other photos are obviously edited to give them the appeal that people would want to print out and order for anything from T-shirts to mugs, etc. etc. etc.
I think you did a fine job making all of your photos into something with a very interesting appeal and "look" to them!!! I use my Digital Scrapbook Program to get effects like this to put into my layouts that I upload for fun and to join challenges with. I just haven't had time to learn everything my digital scrapbooking program does since my husband's death and everything else whereby my passion has been put by the wayside. Photoshop and another program I have is also a spectacular way to get those effects. All in all... you did fantastic! Really.
