Danny, the only cuts to social security I have seen the republicans proposing is means testings. It would reduce or cut social security to those with other retirement income. Those people paid into the system and are entitled to it but to save the system for the poor with no other income, this could be an option. Of course, the democrats are just saying "the republicans want to cut social security" without any explanations.
