I use a triple thick carhartt hoody, beanie hat, covers over head, stand up
heater on. I wish I would of went with a heated bed but got a tempurpedic
instead. I tried the heated blanket approach years ago but got burned. The
worst part is every 4 hours or less I have to get up and straight cathe. Im on
my own at night  and it harder than it was. Winter is a battle for a quad that
only a quad could understand.

{margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;}#yiv5877282904 I don't like the cold weather at
all, makes my body ache, the parts I can feel anyway. I keep my heater on a lot
which helps. Also sleeping with a beanie and using a down alternative comforter
keeps me warm at night. I know that feeling though, sometimes I try to stretch
a bit to trigger spasms so the blood circulates a bit.

Subject: Re: [QUAD-L] Bd Happens to me a lot also Greg...Especially in the
winter months, I get worn out in my chair but when I 1st go to bed and I get
like that I feel the same, I heat a bed buddy neck warmer and at times my wife
can turn me and it gets better, but it is a miserable feeling. Dan H**

I hate going to bed. I freeze the first half hour no matter how warm I get my
