[QUAD-L] Freezing Hot

Its that time of year were I get overheated at night and freeze to death.   I feel the heat under the blanket, so I know its not cold, but my arms make me think I'm so cold, I shiver extremely bad. I would swear I'm cold. It feels cold on my arms. But I know if I uncover a bit I get better, for awhile, until I get cold from not being covered.   But it makes no sense. I was just outside in 90 weather for hours. When I get overheated, I feel hot, my arms feel hot. Only in bed under covers do I shake, feel cold, when its too hot. I'm not overheated like normal overheated, my average temp is 96.5, this morning when I was shaking, it was 97.5. When I sit in the sun and over heat my temp can get to 99.   I don't know if this happens to you, but if your ever uncontrollably shaking cold, you might need to uncover a bit. All winter I was ok. As far as this. I had issues with being cold, but blankets, hats, shirts, helped. Now it make me feel colder. Its crazy.   Greg
