I live in the great state of Kentucky. As of now I am still in the process of 
transitioning from teachers retirement insurance to Medicare (because I turn 65 
this month). It is more confusing than the matrix.  I think there is a part for 
each letter of the alphabet and  a rider and a supplement for each letter. Now 
add different levels to each rider and those in network and those out of 
network. Figure the different levels of copay,  check line 37 for your agi, and 
call the assistance hotline. Scream loudly, hang up, and realize that there is 
no way in hell that you can understand this, much less afford it. The words 
GIVE UP are ringing in the background. Double the Paxil, doc. No wait...can't 
afford it.
