It all depends on how you use the chair. Try not to run the batteries below 30%
charge, and never let your chair sit for any extended period of time without a
full charge. You can find tips online to extend the life of the batteries that
your chair has. Obviously, the largest deep cycle batteries that fit your chair
will last longest. If you fly, you will need specific batteries. Tires last as
long as they last. Quickie chairs are usually dependable and need little
service as long as you take reasonable care.Good luck, John s.

All, I have been a Para for almost 40 years and now my shoulders and arms have
given out. I have had PT,  x-rays, and MRI.  My doctor has recommended a power
chair and he says he will sign any forms that I need to get one. I know most of
you Quads have power chairs and what do you recommend?  I am trying a Quickie
QM-710 and it seems pretty good. I like the small turning radius because I live
in a small house, but how often do you have to get new batteries, tires? Can I
use my Quickie Elite seat cushion? Thanks, for any help.  Rose
