I'm looking for a way to keep my neck pillow from moving out of position.
I'm hoping one of you will have a better suggestion, then I am capable of coming up with. I use one of those U-shaped neck pillows behind my neck to hold my head up so I can see my computer screen and television. Unfortunately, if I mmove my head from side to side,, even in the slightest amount, the neck pillow moves backwards until little bit, but it is just enough to cause my head to bend backwards uncomfortably. I Already put a piece of the rubber sheeting that is used on trays in restaurants to keep the dishes from falling off underneath it to no avail. Because I ccan not support my head, when it shifts backwards Even the slightest amount ,,I am looking at the ceiling and cannot see my computer screen or TV or anything for that matter. And I am in a nursing home and it could take hours for someone to bother to come help me;; And when the pillow moves backwards, I am unable to reach my nurse call device, which requires me to touch it with my chin to turn it on. Another difficulty is whenever my head is bbent backwards,,It is very uncomfortable. A regular bed pillow and pillowcases, is underneath the rubber pad and neck pillow. If any of you have a solution to this, I would certainly appreciate your advice.
