I bought a new fancy laptop with Dragon 13 on it about half a year ago and it has given me nothing but headaches. About once a month. the computer would completely crash, and that was a real problem for me because it could take me eight hours to get someone to come help me do a reset, even though it took all of two minutes. and then I read in the directions that it was supposed to be restarted once a day, which is terribly impractical for me. I have to have someone reload the profile manually and sometimes I've had to wait eight hours to get someone to touch the screen one time to reload the profile for me.
It got so bad I had to switch back to my old laptop with Dragon 12.5. I'm so glad to be back with 12.5 because at least I know it's not going to stop on me. Dragon 13 always had me worried about when it was going to quit again. Apparently I don't know the proper words to search for, because I cannot find any information about if other people have this difficulty with Google; so I figured I would see if any of you had any difficulties with Dragon 13. Please tell me your opinion of Dragon 13.. The took my new computer to a computer shop where they are going to reinstall completely Windows and Dragon NaturallySpeaking 13. They are charging me $150 an hour to do that.
