unfortunately, as I was opening the message, I saw the subject and said move down nine and for some reason, Dragon misunderstood me and my email disappeared, and whenever this happens, it disappears forever because I've looked through all my folders and it it does not move the mail into any folders. I do check recognition history whenever that happens, and it always has a bunch of question marks. My appologies
