Legislative intervention can take the form of cosponsoring and passing H.R. 1361 and S. 486. Or by taking some other legislative action. You can also contact HHS Secretary Price and CMS Administrator Verma to ask they quickly make the needed policy correction to stop these inappropriate cuts. This is within their authority and would avoid the necessity of legislation.
