[QUAD-L] Shingles Shot ?

Hello,
I'm a 61-year-old male  19 years with a SCI.  Have never had a single
shot,, but it's probably time.
Has anyone with  a SCI had one and did you have any bad effects from it?
Probably a question for my doctor,  but just wondering..
