I ordered a new headset to use with Dragon and it was delivered four days ago and I had to wait until today that have someone come visit me to plug it in and eexchange it for the one I currently use on my hhead (good luck getting anyone who works in a nursing home to take the time to help). .
We could not find any place to plug it into the computer because instead of an USB socket.. It has2 prongs. after three hours of messing around the Internet, I finally figured out why this headset does not have a USB socket.I had to order an older model (though I wasn't aware it was an older model) in order to get one without an in-line volume control slider.
