Hi All,I have the problem I don't get thirsty, and with the brain injury, I'm not always good about remembering to drink water.
I knew dehydration could cause low blood pressure, but never knew it could cause high blood pressure. So now I know why my blood pressure has been so high (not AD high), but much higher than it has ever been before.
With the heat and humidity where I live, it's very easy to get dehydrated, even in an air-conditioned house.
