I'm on Medicare, but switched to a Medicare Replacement Plan.
Basically a HMO Medicare. Each Tate / County, have different options. Some have better coverage on different things. I chose:

I didn't qualify for Medicaid, but they had a thing I quailed for to cover my $90+ Monthly Medicare cost and a prescription discount.
 
You'd have to see what is in your county.
