Dragon has unloaded itself twice in the last two hours without me telling it to unload.
In 20 years I never had this happen before and I looked on Google and cannot find anything about it. It causes me big problems because I am a tetraplegic, living in a nursing home and I wait about an hour to get someone to come reload the program. And because I have no telephone, it cuts me off completely and no communication to the outside world which terrifies me. Both times I checked show history recognition, and it gave no indication as to why it would unload. Please tell me if you know anything about this occurring.and is there any way I could get it to gave me a warning first, as it does when I try to close Windows.
