No, I do not know any more about them. I came across this while searching
"quadriplegic group homes" as an alternative to nursing homes. My DSHS case
manager has mentioned that she has other clients that live in these type
of Adult Family Homes.

Washington state has several programs for long-term community living to
care for people on Medicaid.

Roads to Community Living
Helping People Living in Institutions Return to Their Community

New Freedom Waiver
Giving Participants the opportunity to decide how to best meet their care
needs and manage their service budget.

I am receiving 349 hours/month of private duty nursing care. That comes out
to 11 hr/day. I am using a mix of nursing agency nurses and independent
providers who contract directly with the state.

In addition to that, I receive 248 hrs/month of non-skilled care which
works out to 8 hrs/day. I determine how I want to use those hours
throughout the month.

Check what community living programs your state offers.
