I have had the most success with my Samsung Galaxy S4. This is my second one,
just bought it recently for $90.00 new. I’m staying with the S4 at the present
because it works with my AnyMote and Amazon Alexa. I purchased an expanded
battery for the S4 from Amazon for $23.00 which enables it to be on the entire
day.

This is my configuration: Dragon Mobile Assistant with attentive mode turned
on, hands free mode (not driver mode) turned on. There’s an application called
Screen On which allows the screen to stay on at all times, but I find it
annoying.

I just say Hello Dragon and it wakes up. Without Screen On it sometimes takes
30 or 40 seconds to wake up. I use a wired earphone—Bluetooth does not work
for me anymore, but it used to-go figure! I can send texts, turn on the GPS,
of course phone calls, search the Internet but since I can’t use my hands I
cannot scroll through the pages, most importantly for me I can have a private
conversation.

It’s the best that I have found. Hope this helps. Joan

in order for it to work. Have you tried it out? I'm thinking that my type of
emergencies would likely call for me not being directly in front of the phone,
which I know leaves me something like Google Assistant, but I was curious if
there is something else

I suggest an Android phone that works with Sesame Enable.

Take a look at their website https://sesame-enable. com/
<https://sesame-enable.com/>

Even if you don't use Sesame Enable, Android has built-in voice access
