I just use speech recognition which is built into every PC with windows. Works well for me.

It's an online Word Processor like thing. https://docs.google.com/ You have to use Chrome. Doesn't look like you can use it on emails, etc., but you can type it there then copy/ paste. Though it might work on gmail since its Google too. Greg
