[QUAD-L] ABLE ACT

This was signed into law 2014. It allows me to have a tax free savings account 
to cover disability related expenses such as education, housing and 
transportation. I do not have one but want to "set" one up.  I am calling my 
bank in a few minutes but in the mean time I would appreciate anyone who either 
has an account or knowledge thereof.
