To me, A.D. involves increased blood pressure, thus the pounding in your head
and perhaps the cramping in your chest. If it gets to that point I'd either
have a drug on hand to lower blood pressure, call 911, or take your chances…
And I have had it stay in my head for a while after the cause of it all has
been eliminated. Could have been gas?

When you get an AD Headache, does the pain stay in your head, or does your
chest cramp too? This morning, for no know reason, just getting dressed, I
thought my head was going to explode out my left eye. But my chest cramped so
hard it hurt too. Then my abdomen area starts to groan. As it groans, the
pressure starts to release. Greg
