I got weighed in May for the first time in about 25 years. Weighed 190 lbs.
Higher than I was estimating. Started keeping a food diary and watching my
calories. A month later weighed again, 170 lbs. Either the first weight or
the second must be inaccurate. Don't see how I could have lost 20 lbs in
one month lying in bed and no exercise.
