Dragon NaturallySpeaking the box with CTRL pops up when I am trying to write an email, and it covers what I am trying to write. No matter what I do I cannot get rid of it or move up and down to read what is directly underneath it. I have right and left clicked on it trying to get rid of it to no avail. Please if you can tell me how to stop this problem.
