Bobbie, I know this isn't what you're looking for, and I don't know if
it will help, but when I'm in bed somebody places my cell phone in a
holder that is glued to the wall. I can push the buttons I need to
using my wrist. Usually just the power button on the bottom of the
phone followed by a button on the screen for the app that turns on its
speech recognition.
