Hello guys 1981 October 8 my senior here high school I was 18 years old my
life change completely I barely had this 7 years that I started seeing when
I was born I was completely blind after 6 surgeries I started seeing a
little I was 11 years old but doctors consider me legally blind like I said
7 years after I started seeing I end up being a quadriplegic paralyzed from
the neck down connected to a respirator it seems like every 10 years of my
life something happens to me after I was already 10 years of being of
quadriplegic at 28 my mother died at 38 the best thing I did at the right
choice of getting out of the nursing home at 48 I was dying but I survive
next Friday I going to turn 56 and the scary part like I said every 10 years
something happens in my life who knows what's going to happen when I turned
58 only Jesus knows I say one thing for sure of being blind and being a
quadriplegic it is much harder of being blind I know I've been blessed
several times different ways and I continue being bless yeah everybody have
problems in life even the damn president have problems life is not perfect
is full of surprises but the problems keep on coming is like a roller
coaster but Jesus continue being there for me I and up pulling through and I
know which is help everything is possible yeah I got brothers but they got
their life and I got mine they got their problems and I got mine when you
have mother alive everybody we see each other but when the main key is not
there everything change but sometimes you got to say the F word by saying
the F word give you opportunities and opportunities makes your future like I
said to several of people that they walk it takes another disabled person to
understand a disabled person of being a quadriplegic or no matter what
disability you have we don't have too much options in life it was a big
challenge in the beginning when I got out of the nursing home I knew it that
I did not need to prove to anybody only myself if I was able to make it out
of the nursing home I got out at 2001 this past July have been 17 years I've
been out but I make the right choice a course the only problem I'm not
getting any younger the older you get more problem you have in your body is
it such thing as a perfect life no the only one is perfect is Jesus let me
tell you guys what happened to me on Friday I was in the ambulance and like
you guys know one person is drying and the other person is in the back of
the ambulance with the patient well it was a girl in the back of ambulance
with me and suddenly the back doors of the ambulance they open I don't know
what the heck happened I don't know if the stretcher was not locked but the
stretcher started coming out the ambulance and the girl hold onto the
stretcher yelling to his partner stop stop finally his partner stop the
ambulance friend of mine was telling me yesterday after I told them what
happened to me that I could have a big lawsuit by like I told my friend it
is true but I need the ambulance they don't need me what about if I lost
they can refuse to pick me up and I going to bring more problems in my life
it was scary good thing there were no cars in the back of the ambulance
coming my mind went blank when I saw the doors of the ambulance open and the
stretcher started coming out Jesus was there to help me and I God bless
