[QUAD-L] Click Lock

I use ClickLock a lot. As I mentioned, it just stopped working. At least 
when using my laptop's Touchpad. It just stopped. But yet, I plugged in 
a mouse and it works fine.

I tried changing Touchpad setting, set back to Default. Still, not 
working with the Touchpad.

Frustrating, I use it a lot. All the other StickyKey stuff still works 
great.
