I'm having a will, advanced directive and DNR/DNI written up by my attorney. He said a DNR/DNI needs to be signed off by my GP But my GP said he does not need to be signed off by him to be legal in .New Jersey.
Has anybody had the above done? Am I missing anything? Bobbie
