Greg, UTIs are my worse nightmare. I just got over one and it's not fun, I get
constant chills and I get all clammy and lots of burning in my lower abdomen. I
usually go to a homeopathic doctor and he takes care of it right away, I live
in Mexico btw. Anyway, when I can't go to the doctor, I take cipro which I
don't like at all because it causes me IBS and when I have IBS I have bowel
accidents and that causes me UTIs. So it can be very hard to get out of that
cycle. Lately I've been taking a lot of keifer and greek yogurt. Probiotics
help a lot for both IBS and UTIs. I feel great at the moment and I want to keep
it that way. Herbal teas help too.
Hope you get better soon!

Subject: [QUAD-L] UTI?

I hate UTIs, I don't do sick very well, I'm a bad patient .
Just sweating, shaky, stiff, I have a small butt sore, but its healing fine. I
went to Urgent Care and they said yes its a UTI. The antibiotics they gave me I
think gave me Ebola, liquefied my insides. But after 3 days they said the
culture showed no UTI. Yet I feel worse. So I went to my doc and they think
UTI, so culturing again and going to my old standby Cipro. Also checking my
sore for infection and blood tests. But only UTIs have ever made me feel this
way.
